Condition: Very good to Excellent condition. Very minor rubbing/bumping on edges and corners. Small areas of minor discoloration on exterior of some volumes. Bindings are clean & sound. Very minimal foxing on pages.
Details: Olive-green, cloth-bound books with paper title labels on spines and plain white/cream endpapers. Gold top edges of pages. These were part of a larger series sold by subscription. Merrill and Baker was a New York publishing company founded in 1893 by Daniel David Merrill, his brother L.K. Merrill, and Francis Baker. They were a large subscription publisher, operating until they went bankrupt in 1904
